  • As a team and family, our focus is to develop life-ready thinkers. We believe honoring our legacy provides a future of success.  We will continue to celebrate students for positive behaviors as we continue our campus-wide expectations. Our JRMS Team will…*be Respectful *be Responsible *Ready and *be Safe. We are excited to recognize our students for exhibiting the positives!
    • Student accountability and owning one’s work.  Student Scholars are expected to collaborate and respond to the teacher to ensure they are being successful and getting everything, they need.
    • Student Scholars, you can help by checking in with your parents every day. Let them know what you are learning in each class.
    • Student Scholars…#ShowUp
      • Staff and students are required to wear face masks/appropriate face coverings while physically at school. It is expected that all students on campus for learning must comply with this requirement at all times during the school day (with the exception of lunchtime or other instances when staff may have approved of the temporary removal of the face covering).  This includes, but is not limited to, school buses, classrooms, hallways, bathrooms, and when entering/exiting the building during dismissal.  Additionally, students must adhere to social distancing guidelines and follow directions to ensure proper spacing is occurring in all areas.
      • Failure to comply with the requirements of wearing face masks/coverings and/or adhering to distancing guidelines will be addressed by the school administration. Consequences for non-compliance include but are not limited to; removal from the in-person learning environment.  In order to ensure adherence to our HCPS Health Plan, it is imperative that all individuals on our campuses follow all elements of the plan for everyone’s safety.
      • Note – Face masks/coverings should fit snugly, but comfortably against the side of the face, be secured with ties or ear loops, include multiple layers of fabric, and allow for breathing without restriction.
    • The Choice is yours!  Make it a great day or not the choice is always yours.  Make it moment count.  Take the time to connect with your teacher, counselor, support team member, or mentor today.  We are here to support you in making the best choices.
